How to Make a Raw Green Smoothie

Raw Green Smoothies are a fun, delicious way to include spinach into your diet.  So you can drink your greens! There are many different versions of a green smoothie, my favorite happens to be made with Thai young coconuts.  Here is the green smoothie recipe.  You will need a young Thai coconut, 2 stalks of celery, 1 gala apple, 1 bosc pear, a large handful of spinach, 1 banana, 6 strawberries and the juice from 1/2 lemon.  Many people contact me on Facebook saying they want to include more raw food, but do not know how to get started.  Raw Green Smoothies are a excellent way to begin a raw food diet, end a Master Cleanse or just to give your body a super healthy start each morning by feeding your body on a cellular level!  When you consume raw food, you get the benefits of food that is alive!  You have the enzymes, nutrients, minerals, vitamins, fiber and the GOOD carbs!  Therefore you do not want to buy your green smoothie out of the super market.  To sell anything in the market it must be pasteurized to kill bacteria.  Once the green smoothie is heated during pasteurization, it kills the enzymes and you have what I like to call, “dead” juice.  Another great reason to incorporate Green Smoothies into your every day life is for Natural Weight Loss!!!!  I have had many people post on my facebook raw food site that they lost weight by simply adding a daily green smoothie into their meal plan!  Would you like to train with me?  Join me on my 15 Day coaching program for the Master Cleanse, designed for those wanting step by step instruction.  The course offers Pre-Cleanse coaching, the ten days during the cleanse and two days of post cleanse coaching, where we will learn what I like to fondly call, Green Smoothie therapy!
